Refund Policy.

  • We offer a full refund policy on any unopened products returned in a saleable condition with an original receipt.
  • Opened products cannot be refunded. However, if a product has caused any adverse reaction, please come back to the clinic with the product so that we can carry out an analysis, and if appropriate we can substitute the product which is causing an adverse reaction.
  • Any adverse reaction must be reported within 48 hours of your appointment.
  • We offer a full refund policy on any treatment courses within 7 days of purchase.
  • We cannot refund any treatment course that has already commenced.
  • If you would like to change your treatment programme, we are happy to transfer any outstanding balance from untaken treatments to other services only.
  • Treatments which have taken place cannot be refunded.
  • No refunds are offered for any treatments that form part of a promotional offer.

Promotions Policy.

  • Promotional offers are not to be purchased in conjunction with any other offers.
  • A promotional offer cannot be refunded if an alternative offer has been released with further discount.
  • Packages/ Promotions are non-transferable and cannot be split between people.
  • All treatments and services are subject to availability.
  • All offers and promotions are subject to availability.
  • Time restrictions may apply and vary depending on clinic locations for promotions.
  • Proskin reserves the right to alter its prices without notice.
  • We will not be held liable if instructions from our aestheticians are not followed accordingly regarding all treatments if treatments are unsuccessful.
  • Promotional offers are valid for 12 months after purchase unless stated otherwise.
  • Our promotions are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable.

12 days to Christmas Promotion.

  • Double your spend – Credit your account with any amount over £500 and receive the same amount of credit back complimentary. Cannot be used on any promotional offers, injectable or products. Only valid for pay as you go treatments (excluding full body Laser Hair Removal) reflective of the new prices from 1st December 2015.
  • Spend over £200 on products and receive a Facial for Free – £200 must be spent on one single transaction between the 1st – 24th Free Facial will be a value of £49.
  • All Promotions only valid until 24th December 2015, full payment must be paid upfront to qualify for the promotional offer.
  • *Available at Liverpool Street, Welbeck Street, Shepherds Bush and Newcastle Clinics only.
  • 24 hours’ notice is required for all rebooking’s and cancellations to avoid a £25 cancellation fee.

ProSkin Loyalty Scheme.

  1. You can register to participate in the ProSkin loyalty scheme free of charge at any participating ProSkin Clinic in the UK (subject to availability). Terms and conditions are applied.
  2. The ProSkin loyalty scheme is open to residents & visitors to the UK.
  3. One stamp can be earned per client for each treatment visit. Excludes initial consultation, patch tests and reviews.
  4. Once you have 6 stamps from a specific appointment category you will qualify for a complimentary It must be a treatment that you have not experienced before with ProSkin from the Complimentary treatment list. You will be able to discuss the list with your Aesthetician to ensure the treatment is suitable for you.
  5. You must be registered to the loyalty scheme from the first initial treatment visit of the six to earn a stamp per transaction to qualify for your complimentary treatment.
  6. Loyalty stamps are not redeemable against promotional packages.
  7. Loyalty stamps are redeemable against full price treatment courses, one stamp per treatment visit, excludes consultation, taster, patch tests, reviews.
  8. If you are undertaking two different types of treatments with ProSkin, you will qualify for a loyalty stamp for each treatment type.
  9. Loyalty stamps are not valid on retail products
  10. The complimentary treatment will only be valid for 90 days from the date you receive your 6thstamp and must be booked within 30 days of receiving your 6th

  1. No cash or product alternative is available.
  2. We reserve the right to correct or amend the status of your ProSkin loyalty scheme account if we believe that an error has occurred. If you wish to contest such a correction or amendment to your status balance, you should contact the ProSkin Customer Service team on
  3. Stamps and complimentary treatments are exclusive to the registered individual of the ProSkin loyalty scheme programme. They cannot be pooled or consolidated with stamps earned by another individual and redeemed together. You cannot transfer your stamps to any other person.
  4. ProSkin will endeavour to provide the services relating to the ProSkin Loyalty scheme using reasonable skill and care. All other representations, conditions and terms, whether express or implied, written or oral, are hereby expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  5. Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights.

Amendment of these Terms and Termination

ProSkin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time or withdraw the ProSkin Loyalty scheme in giving reasonable notice. Any such changes will be posted on our website.

Accordingly, you should check these Terms on a regular basis. If you have registered to participate in the ProSkin loyalty scheme then we will notify you of any change, deletion or addition to these changes via email.

Where we intend to withdraw the ProSkin loyalty scheme, we will endeavour to give you 30 days’ notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by English law.

These Terms (together with the documents referred to in them) represents the entire agreement between you and ProSkin in relation to your use of the ProSkin loyalty scheme. If any provision of these Terms shall be invalid or unenforceable, then all other provisions of the Terms shall remain valid and enforceable.

Cancellation Policy.

£25 deposit is required on all bookings. 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations except full body laser hair removal treatments, which require 48 hours notice.

Pro Skin appointments are in high demand and we therefore must ask all our clients to provide a £25 deposit to reserve your appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment please give us 24 hours notice so that we can offer you a more convenient time and to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • The £25 deposit is fully refundable for clients who attend their appointment or give appropriate advance notice of cancellation. The deposit can also be used towards all treatment and product purchases.
  • If the client does not attend the appointment or provide 24 hours notice for moving or cancelling an appointment, the £25 deposit is forfeited.
  • For appointments that form part of a course of treatments one treatment session will be deducted from the course total for any missed appointment or where 24 hours notice of cancellation/ re-arrangement is not provided.
  • Full body laser hair removal treatments require 48 hours notice.
  • Clients can choose to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the missed treatment session, instead of forfeiting one treatment session.
  • Any client who fails to attend an appointment without giving the appropriate notice will be required to pay the cancellation fee before receiving any further treatments.
  • All clients must provide an email or telephone number so that appointment can be confirmed with the client prior to appointment.
  • Clients should aim to arrive at the clinic 5 minutes before their appointment.
  • All courses of treatments must be completed within 18 months of the date of purchase.
